This item is a letter that consists of nearly illegible script writing. There are
some discernible words such as "borrowing" and "monthly bulk interest" and the document
contains two people's names, one of which is Tonomura, though the first name is unreadable.
The document contains a shouken inshi or security stamp, and a blank ink inkan (hanko).
