Office of the Custodian, 506 Royal Bank Bldg. ,Vancouver, B.C. Dear Sir:

This is in reply to your letter of July 10th.

Although I have written several times requesting not less than $5,000 for my property at 1031 Royal Ave , New Westminster , I note that you have already sold it for $3,000. I can not understand why my request was not met at your office. I suppose it is too late since all payments has been made but as I have written in my last letter I intend to take this matter to Court if it is satisfactory to you.

I would be very grateful if you would let me know regarding this matter.
