Notes	Owner wife of George Gordon Moe. Transfer indicates that Ryu Matsuno is acting as Adminstratrix of the Estate of Yasujiro Matsuno. Transfer includes quit claim agreement indicating that there was a mortgage owing on the property due to Olive Orpha Dawson, and that the property was to be transferred to her for non-payment on the mortgage. This quit claim agreement was signed October 15, 1935, but not apparently submitted to the Land Titles Office until April 26, 1938. By 1938, Olive Orpha Dawson had married George Gordon Moe and changed her last name; the transfer includes affidavit from lawyer to this effect, and notarized copies of marriage certificate.
