Indenture states that George Ellington Cruikshank is the purchaser of the property
under Agreement for Sale registered under #B36281 and that Opal Burla Cruikshank is
the Application of an Entry under the Wife's Protection Act registered as #C68318.
The indenture further states that the Cruikshanks have joined together with the owners
in ee simple, the Siddons, to convey all their rights and titles to the property to
the grantees.
The indenture also contains a legal document called the Certificate of Acknowledgement
by Wife, which states that Opal Burla Cruikshank is participating in the transaction
by her own will and accord. Another legal document written by lawyer William Anderson
declares that George Ellington Cruikshank does possess the right to act as a grantor
of the property in question.
