According to the incomplete transfer (empty pocket), A26360/558384E is a consolidation
of property.
Transfer is very difficult to read. Transfer date may be incorrect; lawyer information
was illegible.
There are two preceding titles for 558384E: 435292E and 558383E. However, 434292E
does not actually have 558384E as a subsequent title; rather, it lists 558383E as
the subsequent title. However, 558383E deals exclusively with L 7 of PL 18883, whereas
434292E deals with L 6 of PL 18883. Therefore, title searcher assumed that subsequent
title on 434292E is incorrectly listed as 558383E; instead, it should be 558384E.
With this in mind, note that P A, SK 28240, which is a consolidation of both L 6 and
0.036 A of L 7 of PL 18883, is not actually extinguishing the entirety of L 6. On
434292E, L 6 is listed as CONVERTED, but also as having a subsequent transfer as seen
on 558383E (as already established, the correct subsequent transfer for this property
is on 558384E). Next to this incorrect subsequent transfer 558383E is written '0.036
Acres.' As such, we can assume that the consolidation of property described on 558384E
is in fact a consolidation of 0.036 A of L 7 and 0.036 A of L 6, not a consolidation
of 0.036 A of L 7 and the entirety of L 6.
