Indenture is a plan dummy for the purpose of subdivision. Indenture also includes
an Application to Deposit Plan of Subdivision, on behalf of the Director of the Veteran's
Land Act and Nicholas Pazarena and Ruth Pazarena, of a portion of L 62 and a portion
of L 63 of the W 1/2 of S 20, T 12, PL 11200. As the Pazarenas' did not own any of
the properties extinguished by this title, it is unclear why they are listed as Applicants
on the Application to Deposit Plan of Subdivision, especially since on the Director
of the Veteran's Land Act is listed as owner on title A39105/563175E. However, since
the Pazarenas also subdivide and create new properties on the same plan as the Director,
28497, it is likely that their names are on the application because they are cooperating
with the director to subdivide neighboring properties that share the same plan. As
well, the Application to Deposit Plan of Subdivision in question has both 563175E
and 563174E stamped on it. The latter is the title in which the Pazarenas make their
own subdiivsion using plan 28497. Again, this explains why the Director and the Pazarenas
appear to be co-applying to subdivide when they are not co-owners of the same property.
