"[DL 196]: Beginning at a point on the Northerly boundary of Railway Street said point being distant Two hundred and fifty (250) feet measured to a straight line from the iron post planted at the point of intersection of the Northerly boundary of Railway Street with the West Boundary of Dunlevy Avenue; thence North and parallel to said West boundary of Dunlevy Avenue one hundred and thirty-two (132) feet more or less to the point of intersection of said parallel line with the Southerly boundary of the Right of way of the Canadian Pacific Railway; thence south sixty-nine (69) degrees twenty-six (26) minutes west along said southerly boundary Right of Way sixty-seven (67) feet and seven inches; thence south and parallel to the west boundary of Dunlevy Avenue one hundred and thirty-two (132) feet more or less to the point of intersection of said parallel line with the Northerly boundary of Railway St; thence North sixty-nine (69) degrees twenty-three (23) minutes East along said Northerly boundary of Railway Street sixty-seven (67) feet and seven (7) inches more of less to the place of the beginning as shewn coloured red on the plan attached to conveyance of the said lands..."
