Kikichi Ikebuchi
Ikebuchi was born on 14 June 1892. He was a fisherman. His family includes Shui Ikebuchi
[also listed as Sui Ikebuchi] (wife; nee Sui Ikebuchi; in Japan), Sachiko Ikebuchi
(daughter; in Japan), Isamu Ikebuchi [also listed as Esamu Ikebuchi] (son; in Japan),
and Yukio Shimizu (cousin). He lived at 350 Powell Street, Vancouver, BC and Celtic
Cannery, BC. He was forcibly uprooted to Slocan, BC, and was exiled to Japan on 31
May 1946. His listed seized property includes: boat “E.I.”; household belongings.
