He was born on 23 January 1890. He was a logger employed by Hiland Logging Company,
O’Brien Bay, BC. His family includes Kame Ito (mother; nee Kame Iwaihara), Kametaro
Ito (father), Yoshio Ito (wife; nee Yoshio Mitsuiki; in Japan), Akiko Ito (daughter;
in Japan), and five children over the age of sixteen in Japan. His home address is
listed as Hiland Logging Company, O’Brien Bay, BC. He was forcibly uprooted to Popoff
Farms, Slocan, BC. He was exiled to Japan on 17 June 1946.
