This is a telegram sent from Charles Sayer of the Native Sons of British Columbia to Premier John Hart requesting the immediate deportation of “all residents of Canada of Japanese origin.” According to Sayer “assimilation” of Japanese Canadians was
“not feasible” and his organization considered the matter a “serious situation.”
