This file contains a letter from the Vancouver Health Officer, Stewart Murray, responding to Halford Wilson’s concern over health and safety in Japanese-Canadian operated vegetable and fruit stores at 10th Ave and Alma road in Vancouver. Also in this file is a report for the estate of the late Joseph Martin. The coordinates of this property in Hastings are included on the document. There is also a list of applications by Orientals for business licenses as well as statistics for 1939.
