This file contains an interim report on Japanese immigration. The report outlines
a “program for the summer” in which 133 cases will be “carefully inspected” by the
RCMP by random sampling. The report ends with a table of a “cross section of the Japanese
Community in B.C. and type of economic life together with an estimate of the Japanese population.”
