Scope and content |
This file contains various reports, statements, and bulletins relating to the CCJC. It includes the following: a series of reports and statements relating to the CCJC's action to establish a claims commission and to establish the terms of reference;
the 26 October 1946 Report of the Sub-Committee on Restrictions and Property Losses,
wherein the sub-committee recommends a claims commission, which includes several pages
of "case histories"; reports detailing meetings with MPs to address the terms of reference
and the CCJC's March 1947 draft terms of reference; and a copy of the amended Orders-in-Council,
Order in Council P.C. 3737.
