This file contains the following assortment of documents: receipts for certificates of title, rents collected by the Custodian that were handed over to the VLA, and varied correspondence. Similar to File V-8-10: Supplement 1, this file partly contains a series of receipts for the VLA’s payment to the Secretary of State for seized Japanese Canadian farm properties. Included is the date the payment was made, the Title No. in the New Westminster Land Registry Office, and the property in question. Ronald Douglas Grant was the Regional Supervisor of the New Westminster Regional Office for the VLA.
