Shears; correspondence and reports pertaining to the scope, structure, operations, and staff of the Office of the Custodian and the Japanese Property Claims Commission; the Bird Commission claim of Eikichi Kagetsu and the Deep Bay Logging Company; the Advisory Committee on Rural Properties; Department of National War Services intercepted correspondence and phone calls; various news clippings pertaining broadly to the treatment and dispossession of Japanese Canadians in Canada and the anti-Japanese sentiment at the time; the Standing Committee on Public Accounts; "Trading with the Enemy" and "Defence of Canada" regulations; House of Commons of Canada debates; Orders-in-Council; the British Columbia Security Commission; and real estate agents in British Columbia.
