Notes	Indenture is a plan dummy for the purpose of subdivision. Indenture also includes an Application to Deposit Plan of Subdivision, on behalf of the Director of the Veteran's Land Act and Nicholas Pazarena and Ruth Pazarena, of a portion of L 62 and a portion of L 63 of the W 1/2 of S 20, T 12, PL 11200. However, only the Pazarenas are onthe title for 563174E as owners of the new subdivision properties, L 122 and L 123. The Director is likely on the Application to Deposit Plan of Subdivision because the Pazarenas are subdividing and creating new properties on the same plan as the Director, Plan 28497. As well, the Application to Deposit Plan of Subdivision in question has both 563175E and 563174E stamped on it. The former is the title in which the Directors makes its own subdiivsion using plan 28497. Again, this explains why the Director and the Pazarenas appear to be co-applying to subdivide when they are not co-owners of the same property. Other Documents: RW 184125C
