This file primarily contains news clippings collected by Yasutaro Yamaga from 1946 to 1947. These articles concern labour issues and strikes, and in the latter part of the file, they discuss the deportation orders and charges of vandalism against Japanese Canadian–owned property. Also included are discussions of the Bird Commission and articles written by Yamaga published in the New Canadian.
