This file contains a letter from Tsutae Sato, principal of the Vancouver Japanese Language School expressing disappointment that local press seems to portray the school as a Japan-government-controlled operation mandatory to Japanese-Canadian children; and a memorandum from a Vancouver Committee on Japanese Language Schools, of which Halford Wilson is a prominent member, in response to Sato’s letter.
