Halford Wilson was a Vancouver alderman and well-known anti-Orientalist. This file contains rough notes for speeches and city council meetings. Included in this file is a memo (2 June 1938) delineating details of a building at 2024 Triumph St, owned by Isotani Hadikichi. One set of rough notes are questions to ask Japanese Language School principal Tsutae Sato.
