Halford Wilson was a Vancouver alderman and well-known anti-Orientalist. This file contains a memo from the California Joint Immigration Committee on the 1924 Congress and the issue of Japanese exclusion; and a pamphlet for The Commonwealth, San Francisco, 20 December 1932, entitled “Quota or Exclusion for Japanese Immigrants?”
