Scope and content |
This series comprises three sub-series containing correspondence and memoranda pertaining
to German companies under the control of the Custodian of Enemy Property, correspondence between the Canadian and United States governments regarding the treatment of enemy property, the closure of the Custodian's Office from 1931-1934, a memorandum concerning C.P.R. certificates, and discussion of the legal definitions of "enemy aliens."
