Scope and content |
Formal wedding portrait taken in Kyoto, Japan. Pictured in western style clothing
seated in the centre are the unidentified bride and groom surrounded by eight men
and two females in traditional kimono or western style suits. Behind them is a wooden
structure, possibly from a temple. The photograph is mounted on a folded card stock
and behind the inner matte is an annotation in blue ink that reads "1950 Kyoto."
