                                          rates for Japanese Canadian families; a Committee of Cabinet; appointing additional
                                          Custodians of Enemy Property; the dischargement of Japanese Canadian workers by Canadian National Railways; Japanese Canadian members of the International Brotherhood Pulp, Sulphite and Paper Mill Workers of the United States,
