This fonds comprises fourteen series containing The Province newspaper articles from 1938 to 1967 that discuss a variety of topics pertaining
to Japanese Canadians, such as forcible uprooting and dispossession, restrictions,
regulations, and licences, legal hearings, and claims commission loss claims to the
Japanese Property Claims Commission and related compensation from the government.
