Scope and content |
A letter, dated December 2, 1943, from the Rosebery Japanese Committee to Ferdinando
de Kobbe, Consul for Spain, (Vancouver). The letter thanks de Kobbe for his recent
visit to Rosebery, and references a recent request for the Rosebery residents to move
to Harris Ranch, noting that they decline to do so. The letter also mentions the labour
that has been put into the Rosebery houses and lands by the Japanese residents, and
again requests improvements in the water supply for the houses.
