Scope and content |
A letter, dated December 7, 1943, from S. Morley Scott, Department of External Affairs,
Canada to Pedro E. Schwartz, Esq., Consul General of Spain (Montreal). Scott notes
that there is nothing that the Department is willing to do to improve the water situation
in Rosebery, and that if the residents there desire better living conditions, then
they should consider moving out east, or to Harris Ranch.
