A copy of a letter, dated January 10, 1944 from George Collins to H.P. Lougheed, Supervisor, B.C. Security Commission, New Denver, B.C. The letter states that Collins has been advised (By Ernest L. Maag, International Red Cross) of a shipment of Green Tea, Shoyu, and Miso Paste from the Government of Japan, which is to be distributed in the New Denver area by the spokesmen for Japanese Nationals.

Henry Wakabayashi is the founder of Pacific Liaicon Ltd., he has helped many major projects such as the Vancouver Sky Train, the expansion of the Vancouver International Airport and the Metro Vancouver drinking water treatment program.
