Scope and content
A letter, dated January 6, 1944, from Pedro E. Schwartz, Esq., Consul General of Spain (Montreal), to the Rosebery Japanese Committee. Schwartz requests a list of all the people in Rosebery who desire repatriation to Japan, along with their name, family information, nationality, registration number, birth date, address, and address prior to uprooting. This information was to be forwarded on to the Imperial government.
Name of creator
Henry Wakabayashi is the founder of Pacific Liaicon Ltd., he has helped many major projects such as the Vancouver Sky Train, the expansion of the Vancouver International Airport and the Metro Vancouver drinking water treatment program.
