A one-page letter, dated May 4th, 1944, from Jisaburo Wakabayashi, Spokesman for Japanese Nationals, Rosebery, to Mr. F.P. Bernard, Honorary Viceconsul for Spain, Vancouver. The letter reports on the death of Utaro Yamamoto, registration number 13909, of New Denver.
Name of creator
Henry Wakabayashi is the founder of Pacific Liaicon Ltd., he has helped many major projects such as the Vancouver Sky Train, the expansion of the Vancouver International Airport and the Metro Vancouver drinking water treatment program.
