A one-page letter, dated January
4th, 1945, from the Count of Morales, Consul General of Spain, to Jisaburo
Wakabayashi, Spokesman for Japanese Nationals, Rosebery. The letter notes
that the money promised by the Japanese government for maintenance of
Japanese Nationals in Canada has not yet been received, but that when it
arrives he will forward their message of thanks to the Imperial
government. |

major projects such as the Vancouver Sky Train, the expansion of the Vancouver
International Airport and the Metro Vancouver drinking water treatment program.
