| Scope and content |
A memorandum, written December 11,
1945 by Reginald Symes, of Robertson, Douglas & Symes, Barristers and
Solicitors. It refers to an inquiry by “Miss Wakabayashi” and notes that
there is not yet any clear evidence whether the government will allow those
who volunteered to return to Japan to revoke that agreement. It also states
that people leaving B.C. should not be in too much of a hurry to decide
which part of Canada to relocate to. |

major projects such as the Vancouver Sky Train, the expansion of the Vancouver
International Airport and the Metro Vancouver drinking water treatment program.
