Scope and content
A letter, dated November 18, 1943, from Ferdinando de Kobbe, Consul for Spain, (Vancouver) to Mr. J. Wakabayashi, H. Nagano, and I. Yamakawa, Spokesmen for Japanese Nationals, Rosebery. De Kobbe notes that he has no power to force the B.C. Security Commission to improve water facilities in Rosebery, and also states that if they want such amenities, then the offer to move to Harris Farm stands. He also advises that the distances from Harris Farm to New Denver are not unduly far.
Name of creator
Henry Wakabayashi is the founder of Pacific Liaicon Ltd., he has helped many major projects such as the Vancouver Sky Train, the expansion of the Vancouver International Airport and the Metro Vancouver drinking water treatment program.
