Scope and content
A one-page letter, dated September 28th, 1944, from Jisaburo Wakabayashi, Spokesman for Japanese Nationals, Rosebery, to Mr. F.P. Bernard, Honorary Viceconsul for Spain, Vancouver. The letter accompanied a 25-page report listing Japanese Nationals Receiving Full and Partial Maintenance From B.C. Security Commission, which was to be forwarded to Pedro E. Schwartz, Consul General for Spain.
Name of creator
Henry Wakabayashi is the founder of Pacific Liaicon Ltd., he has helped many major projects such as the Vancouver Sky Train, the expansion of the Vancouver International Airport and the Metro Vancouver drinking water treatment program.
