| Scope and content |
A one-page letter, dated February
26, 1945, from the Spokesman for Japanese Nationals (Jisaburo Wakabayashi),
to the Count of Morales, Consul General of Spain. The letter requests that
the Japanese nationals in Rosebery be sent their share of a special fund set
up by the Imperial government for their welfare. It also requests that the
Rosebery nationals be sent a shipment of books that has arrived as a gift
from Japan. |
