Scope and content
A one-page letter, dated December 27th, 1944, from H.P. Lougheed, Supervisor (New Denver), to Mr. Kondo, Spokesman, Japanese National Committee. The letter states that Lougheed has been requested by Ernest L. Maag, Red Cross delegate to Canada, to deliver a new year's message of greeting from Prince Tokugawa to the Japanese Nationals in the area.
Name of creator
Henry Wakabayashi is the founder of Pacific Liaicon Ltd., he has helped many major projects such as the Vancouver Sky Train, the expansion of the Vancouver International Airport and the Metro Vancouver drinking water treatment program.
