Item is a passport (four pages) issued by the Imperial Japanese Government to Jisaburo
Wakabayashi and dated 1918. The passport is in Japanese, English, and French, and
contains a photo of Wakabayashi. The passport was amended in 1927 to allow Wakabayashi
passage to the United States.

Henry Wakabayashi
is the founder of Pacific Liaicon Ltd., he has helped many major projects such as
the Vancouver Sky Train, the expansion of the Vancouver International Airport and
the Metro Vancouver drinking water treatment program.
